A bit about meI've worn a number of hats in my life. Quite a few helmets too. And while the different jobs and careers and experiences have varied greatly, my approach to them has been consistent: Service. To make someone's day or life better. Over the years I've applied that approach to one cheeseburger, one injured skier, one family's home or vacation at a time, searching for the right style and setting where I can do the most good without sacrificing being my best self.
From where I stand now, I feel fortunate: Fortunate for the ways my past experiences, struggles, adventures and small personal triumphs inform my current vantage point. Fortunate to have discovered Coaching as a client, to help align my skills, passions & values with my vocation. And fortunate to have the opportunity to yield my skills and experience to positively impact the lives of others via Coaching. |

Both as a Coach and a human, I am guided by my values of Connection, Growth & Stoke! (enjoyment, passion, joie de vivre), by my affinity for problem solving and service, and my love of nature. These qualities deeply inform and inspire me as I move thru the world and in my work with my clients.
I endeavor to connect with my clients deeply, while fostering their own deeper connections to themselves. I strive to keep learning and growing myself and to inspire and encourage personal growth in others. It is my goal to help my clients live in touch with what makes them tick, what makes them smile, and what aids them in sharing their lives positively with others.
I find my own Good Flow moving in the outdoors by any means possible, via eclectic music and connecting with others.
